Successful deployment of 150+ high-performance butterfly and globe valves for a major municipal heating grid overhaul.
A municipal district heating operator needed to replace ageing isolation and control valves across its primary network without interrupting the heating season. BNV Control supplied more than 150 valves from DN 50 to DN 500, delivered in phases aligned with planned shutdown windows.
Pre-assembled control valve packages with smart positioners reduced on-site commissioning time, while SC-16 swing check valves protect the circulation pumps. The result: lower heat losses, fewer leaks and real-time valve diagnostics in the operator’s SCADA system.
